Weight Loss - A Rockin Way to Lose Weight
Weight loss, weight control, losing weight; These words were missing from my vocabulary before 48 years of age. Now in my 50's, I admit to needing to lose weight - a lot of it. What happened? Let me list my errors and count my mistakes:
1. Accepting lunch and dinner invitations from vendors and actually eating at the restaurants -big mistake - lesson learned - Order an Italian salad;
2. Skipping breakfast - big mistake - lesson learned -drink a glass of juice and have a slice or bread or a bowl of cereal or a boiled egg to give myself energy through the mid-morning break. The better alternative is to have a glass of Nu-greens;
3. Taking a multi-vitamin pill(s) in the morning. They make me hungrier and stimulate my appetite more than I want;
4. Not fitting exercise into my daily routine. Allowing my schedule to be dictated by my family obligations. - Lesson learned - pencil exercise time into my schedule at the gym;
So I'm fat now - what can I do to lose weight? and get things under control again?
Everyone is different. We all have different body types and different chemical compositions making the course or diet regimen we choose difficult to generalize to everyone.
I'm pleased with a couple of products of the many I've tried:
Meal replacements never tasted so good. They're convenient and portable. My energy level is up without extra vitamins and a serving only has 134 calories. This is a well-balanced meal that happens to taste great. I like it and recommend it to others.
I also have made time to go to the basketball court twice a week and shoot around. I've also set aside some time to play tennis doubles at my local public club a couple of times a week. I take 2-mile walks with my spouse two times a week. What about the kids? They're old enough to take care of themselves half the time. I take advantage of that by getting away when I need to but never more than 2 hours at a time.
My goal is to lose a couple of pounds per week but I'm not measuring (yet). Want a great healthy fat burner without the ephedra? Then click the link. This is a healthy fat burner that will burn more than 2 pounds a week off your body. I always recommend a more balanced weight loss approach; a weight loss program to be exact with a maintenance program after you've reached your weight-loss goals.
I do recognize that some people want to get it off fast and so a good fat burner used for a month or two may be a decent start. Just don't overdo it.
The last important item in any weightloss program should be a good digestive enzyme product to invigorate the assimilation of nutrients into your body. Ever wonder why pills and other products don't seem to work very well? The answer lies in your weakened enzymatic system. Enzymes allow your body to absorb the nutrients and vitamins you are putting into your body. Strengthen and improve your digestive tract with a high-quality enzyme.
